Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States plus Washington, D.C. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.
Processing Times
Orders are processed and packed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via USPS and other standard carriers. Typical delivery times:
• Standard Shipping – 3 to 7 business days after fulfillment. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and carrier service.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t receive your tracking info within 3 days, please reach out to us at hello@lb-high.com.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or is delayed beyond 10 business days from the ship date, email us at hello@lb-high.com and we’ll help track it down. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS or others), weather events, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
